I left feeling like I&rsquo;d had three weeks of sleep in an hour &mdash; but also like something much older than me had finally been put down.&rdquo;</p><p style="font-size:0.95rem;color:rgb(58, 56, 48);line-height:1.7;margin-bottom:16px;">That&rsquo;s what one person told us after a full day immersion at our home in Dunkeld. People ask what actually happens across a whole day, so here it is, in order.</p><hr style="border:none;border-top:1px solid rgb(232, 228, 218);margin-bottom:20px;"><h2 style="font-size:1.1rem;font-weight:700;color:rgb(28, 26, 22);margin-bottom:10px;line-height:1.3;">You arrive to tea and a small room</h2><p style="font-size:0.93rem;color:rgb(58, 56, 48);line-height:1.7;margin-bottom:20px;">Tea, fresh coffee, herbal teas and biscuits are waiting from the moment you walk in. There are ten people at most, and Mark and Sadie hold the whole day, so it&rsquo;s one facilitator to every five of you. Nobody gets lost in a crowd.</p><h2 style="font-size:1.1rem;font-weight:700;color:rgb(28, 26, 22);margin-bottom:10px;line-height:1.3;">Two journeys, each with its own intention</h2><p style="font-size:0.93rem;color:rgb(58, 56, 48);line-height:1.7;margin-bottom:20px;">A Signature Journey is one session. An immersion has two 9D Breathwork journeys, with time between them to eat, move and settle. The second journey goes to places the first one opened up, which is a big part of why a full day feels different from two separate evenings.</p><h2 style="font-size:1.1rem;font-weight:700;color:rgb(28, 26, 22);margin-bottom:10px;line-height:1.3;">What sits around the journeys</h2><p style="font-size:0.93rem;color:rgb(58, 56, 48);line-height:1.7;margin-bottom:12px;">The breathwork is the centre of the day, with a few other things built around it:</p><ul style="font-size:0.93rem;color:rgb(58, 56, 48);line-height:1.7;margin:0 0 20px 20px;padding:0;"><li style="margin-bottom:6px;">Shamanic ceremony</li><li style="margin-bottom:6px;">Ceremonial cacao</li><li style="margin-bottom:6px;">A bioresonance harmonisation programme</li><li style="margin-bottom:6px;">Lunch cooked on site: fresh, nourishing, honest food</li><li style="margin-bottom:6px;">Qi gong and movement to close, so the day ends properly and not abruptly</li></ul><h2 style="font-size:1.1rem;font-weight:700;color:rgb(28, 26, 22);margin-bottom:10px;line-height:1.3;">What you take home</h2><p style="font-size:0.93rem;color:rgb(58, 56, 48);line-height:1.7;margin-bottom:20px;">A workbook for the day&rsquo;s theme, and a few little surprises we&rsquo;d rather not spoil.</p><h2 style="font-size:1.1rem;font-weight:700;color:rgb(28, 26, 22);margin-bottom:10px;line-height:1.3;">Each day has a theme</h2><p style="font-size:0.93rem;color:rgb(58, 56, 48);line-height:1.7;margin-bottom:12px;">The two journeys are chosen to work together around one theme.
