You'll lie on a mat, put on headphones, and be guided through a breathwork journey lasting around 2 hours in total — including a gentle opening circle and integration time at the end. The experience is immersive. You may feel emotions, physical sensations, or a deep sense of peace and release. Every journey is unique.

Traditional breathwork is powerful on its own. 9D Breathwork layers in binaural beats, sound frequencies, nature sounds, guided voice and music — all designed to work with your nervous system. The result is a deeper, more consistent experience than breathwork alone — even for complete beginners.

Yes — 9D Breathwork is safe for the vast majority of people. Every participant completes an intake form before their session so we can understand your background and support you fully on the day. If you have any concerns, get in touch before booking and we'll have a conversation.

Do I need any experience to attend a 9D Breathwork session?

Not at all. 9D Breathwork is suitable for complete beginners. You're guided the whole way through — there's nothing to prepare or understand in advance. Just show up.

What should I bring to a 9D Breathwork session?

Wear comfortable, loose clothing you can breathe easily in. We provide mats — bring your own blanket or pillow if you'd like to feel extra cosy. Bring water and avoid a heavy meal in the 2 hours beforehand.

Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer and deeply relaxed. Some feel energised — others need a quiet evening to rest. Drink plenty of water, eat nourishing food, and give yourself space to process.
