Your team is carrying more
than they're telling you.
Breathwork for teams — delivered by someone who's built one of the UK's best places to work, and who knows exactly what it costs when a culture runs on empty. Guided sessions that give your people a genuine reset: measurably calmer, clearer, and better at being in a room together.

Why This, Why Now
The signs are usually visible before the resignations are.
Most workplace stress doesn't announce itself. It shows up sideways — and by the time it's in the numbers, it's been in the bodies for months.
Why Us
I've sat on both sides of this.
I've spent thirty years building businesses — six of them, including Bella & Duke, which we grew into one of the Best Places to Work in Britain. I know what a genuinely great culture looks like from the inside, because we built one: a place where people grew, stayed, and did the best work of their careers.
I also know what it costs to build it. EY Entrepreneur of the Year on the outside; completely burnt out on the inside. I was the person in your team who looks strongest and is carrying the most — and no away-day, pizza Friday or wellbeing app was going to touch it.
Breathwork is the thing that finally did. Not because it's mystical — because it works directly with the nervous system that stress actually lives in. That's why we bring it to teams now: it's the intervention I wish someone had brought to mine.

Ways to Work Together
From a taster to a culture programme.
Every engagement is shaped around your team, your space and your goals — these are the usual starting points.

Team Taster Session
A guided introduction — what stress actually does to a nervous system, a real (gentle) breathwork experience, and practical techniques your people keep forever. The lowest-commitment way to see how your team responds. They will talk about it afterwards.
Most Popular
Team Reset — Half Day
The full experience: a complete guided 9D Breathwork journey with proper integration — the same session our public attendees call the deepest rest they've had in years. Works brilliantly as the centrepiece of an away-day, and at our Dunkeld cabin it becomes a genuine off-site: forest, firepit, and a team that goes back different.
Deeper Work
Ongoing Programme
Where the compounding happens. Regular sessions build a team-wide vocabulary for stress and recovery — the cultural infrastructure that awards get given for. Programmes are designed with you, drawing on our 12 Journeys framework adapted for workplaces.
Pricing depends on format, group size and location — start a conversation and we'll shape something that fits your budget honestly.
What a Team Session Looks Like
No incense. No chanting. No one made to share.
A grounded, practical introduction
What stress does physiologically, why breath is the fastest lever on the nervous system, and exactly what's about to happen. Sceptics welcome — they usually become the biggest advocates.
The guided experience
Everyone lies down with headphones on — guided breathing with immersive sound. Each person's experience is private; nobody performs, nobody's watched, everyone stays in control throughout.
Landing and takeaways
Time to settle, optional sharing (genuinely optional), and simple techniques your team keeps — a two-minute reset they can use before a hard meeting, forever.
Every participant completes a short confidential intake form beforehand, and everything is adaptable for health considerations — some team members may take part in a gentler way, and that's built in, not a problem.
Where It Happens
Your place, or somewhere better.
At your workplace
We bring everything — headphones, mats, the lot. All we need is a room where people can lie down and an hour where the phones go off. Anywhere in Central Scotland and beyond.
At our cabin, Dunkeld
The upgrade. Forest, firepit, lunch around the table, and a session in the space built for it — 30 minutes from Perth, an hour from Edinburgh or Glasgow. An away-day people actually remember.
What People Say
In their own words.
I was sceptical going in. By the end, something had genuinely shifted — calmer and clearer than I've felt in months.
Session Attendee
I've done years of leadership development. This reached something in one session that none of it had touched.
Session Attendee
I slept like a baby afterwards — and walked into Monday like a different person.

Questions
The things teams actually ask.
Honestly — will my team think this is weird?
Some will, right up until about twenty minutes in. We open every session with the practical, physiological explanation — no mysticism, no jargon — and the experience itself is private (headphones on, eyes closed, nobody watching anyone). The sceptics consistently end up the loudest advocates. Mark spent thirty years in business rooms; he knows exactly how to hold one.
Does anyone have to share or participate beyond their comfort?
No. Sharing is genuinely optional, every person controls their own breath and intensity throughout, and anyone can take part in a gentler way. Psychological safety isn't a buzzword here — it's the mechanics of how the session works.
Is it safe for everyone?
Every participant completes a short confidential intake form beforehand, and there are health conditions where someone takes part in an adapted, gentler way — that's routine and handled discreetly. For the full picture, read our guide: Is breathwork safe?
How many people can take part?
Tasters scale to any team size. Full journey sessions work best up to around 15 people — for bigger teams we run multiple sessions or split groups across a day.
What does it cost?
It depends on format, group size and location — a taster at your office is a very different day from a full off-site at Dunkeld. Message us with rough numbers and what you're trying to achieve, and we'll come back with honest options that fit your budget. No packaged upsell, no wellbeing-industry pricing games.
Can we try before committing to a programme?
That's exactly what the taster is for. Many leaders also come to one of our public Signature Journeys (£40) first to experience it themselves before bringing it to their team — a genuinely good way to decide.
