Firewalk
& Ceremony.
The fire isn't the challenge. It's the moment you realise you're ready.
A full day of guided ceremony, inner journey and firewalk experience in Dunkeld, Perthshire. Release what you've been holding. Step forward with clarity and confidence.

This isn't about walking on hot coals.
It's about the moment you stop holding yourself back.
Most people carry things for years — fear, doubt, pressure, things they've never fully faced or let go of.
This day is designed to help you move through that.
Using guided processes, ceremony, movement and a live firewalk, you'll work with both your mind and body to release what's been building — and step forward with clarity and confidence.
You don't need experience. You don't need to be "spiritual". You just need to be ready for a shift.
The fire isn't the challenge. It's the moment you realise you're ready.

What People Get From This
A moment they'll remember for the rest of their life.
The firewalk itself is one part of the day. The shift that happens in the preparation is often the most significant.
A real sense of release
Something that has been sitting there for too long finally moves. The day creates the conditions for genuine release — not just distraction.
Confidence and clarity
Walking through fire — in any form — changes something in the body. A new reference point for what you're capable of.
Letting go
The thing you've been carrying — the fear, the doubt, the old story — gets put down. Not through willpower. Through experience.
A memory that lasts
Most people describe the firewalk as one of the most significant experiences of their life. Not because of the fire — because of who they became in the process.

The Flow of the Day
How the day unfolds.
The plan is always flexible — the fire, our intention and the weather can shape the ceremony. This is the rough shape of the day.

What People Say
In their own words.
Real people. Real experiences. No scripts.
I stood in front of the fire for a long time. And then something shifted — not in my head, in my body. I walked. And I knew immediately that something had changed.
Firewalk Attendee
I came in sceptical. I left having done something I genuinely didn't think I was capable of. Not just the fire — the whole day opened something up that I didn't know was closed.
Dunkeld Immersion Attendee
One of the most significant days of my life. The preparation was as powerful as the walk itself. I drove home in tears — the good kind. Something lifted that I'd been carrying for years.

Questions
Everything you need to know.
Do I have to walk on the fire?
Absolutely not. Zero pressure throughout the entire day. Many people come intending not to walk and change their mind. Others come intending to walk and choose not to — and that is equally valid. What's right for you is right for you. The preparation and ceremony are deeply valuable regardless of whether you walk.
Is it safe?
Yes. Firewalking is a well-established practice with a strong safety record when properly conducted. You are guided through every step of the preparation before you approach the fire. The fire is managed carefully and you are supported throughout. Injuries are extremely rare when the process is followed correctly.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. You don't need to be "spiritual", have done breathwork before, or have any experience with ceremony. You just need to be open and willing to show up. Everything is guided from the ground up.
What is the waiver form?
Every participant must complete a waiver and release form before the event. Without a signed form you won't be able to firewalk. Please fill it in here: firewalk waiver form. Even if you plan to just be with the fire rather than walk, please fill it in — many people change their mind on the day.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Unless it's extremely windy or very wet, the fire ceremony will go ahead — the elements often like to get involved. We'll check the forecast a few days before and share any extra instructions if needed. Bring warm layers and a waterproof jacket regardless.
What is the difference between Standard and Tribe tickets?
Everything included is identical. The Tribe rate (£100) is for Tribe members — anyone currently on or who has completed the 12 Journeys programme. Some dates also offer a limited Early Bird rate — check the specific date on Bookwhen for current availability.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes — interest-free payment options are available at checkout through Klarna. You can split the cost into instalments with no interest.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please see our full refund policy at bookwhen.com/torustree/page/refund_policy. If you have any concerns, get in touch directly.
