What Is 9D Breathwork?
Breath, sound and guidance — working together.

You lie down, put on headphones, and be guided through a complete journey.
9D Breathwork combines connected breathing with layered sound frequencies, music and a guided voice — designed to quiet the thinking mind and let the body do what it already knows how to do.
The breathwork journey itself is around 30–35 minutes. Before it begins, everything is explained clearly — how the method works, how to breathe safely, and how to adjust the intensity at any point.
There's no pressure to perform or do anything perfectly. You remain in control throughout, and there's time to rest and ground before you leave.
These intro sessions are also the natural first step towards The 12 Journeys — our deeper six-week pathways at the cabin. Try a session first, and see if the longer path calls you.

What People Say
In their own words.
Real people after their first 9D Breathwork session with Torus Tree. No scripts.
I had no idea what to expect. Within twenty minutes something shifted that I'd been carrying for months. I left lighter than I've felt in years.
First Session Attendee
My mind finally went quiet. I've tried meditation apps, yoga, everything — nothing reached the actual noise. This did, on the first try.
First Session Attendee
I was nervous going in — I'd never done anything like this. Mark and Sadie explained everything so clearly that by the time we started I felt completely safe. I slept like a baby that night.

Questions
Everything you need to know.
I've never done breathwork before — is this OK for me?
These sessions are built exactly for you. No experience needed — everything is explained clearly before we begin, and you remain in control of your breath throughout. Both themes are beginner-friendly and fully guided — pick whichever speaks to you.
What's the difference between the three sessions?
Each has a different theme and intention. The Awakening is about breaking out of autopilot and reconnecting with yourself. Let It Go is about releasing emotional weight you've been carrying. The format is the same: introduction, guided journey, time to land.
Why only £20?
The intro price is deliberately low so trying breathwork for the first time is an easy decision. It's a complete session in its own right — and if the work resonates, it's also the natural first step towards our full Signature Journeys, Immersion days and The 12 Journeys course.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Mats, blankets and eye masks are all provided. Avoid a heavy meal in the 2 hours before the session.
Is 9D Breathwork suitable for everyone?
It may not be suitable if you are pregnant or have certain health conditions — including cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, severe asthma, glaucoma, recent surgery or severe mental health concerns. Please message us before booking if you're unsure, and read our safety guide.
Where exactly is it?
At our cabin at Upper Hatton, Dunkeld, PH8 0ER — set in the forest about a mile up a private road. Full directions are sent with your booking confirmation. There's parking and a toilet beside the cabin.
What happens after an intro session?
Nothing, unless you want it to. Many people come back for our full Signature Journeys or join The 12 Journeys — a six-week deeper pathway at the cabin. The intro gives you a real experience of the breathwork, the space and how we guide, so you can decide what's right for you.
