Healing Ancestral Lines
A deep 9D Breathwork journey to release inherited stress, ancestral trauma and emotional patterns moving through the family line.
Working with mother line, father line, cord-cutting, forgiveness and release — helping you stop carrying what was never fully yours to carry.
Journey Two
The Emergence
After the ancestral release, this journey creates space for new clarity, self-trust and a different way forward to emerge.
It invites you to surrender control, release what no longer serves you, and allow the subconscious to reveal what is ready to come through.

Directions from the South
Drive through Dunkeld main street and continue north. Turn right when you see the sign for The Glack A923 (Blairgowrie Road).
- Follow signs for Upper Hatton — approximately 1 mile up a private road
- Pass the holiday lodges on the right
- When the road splits, stay right and follow the sign
- You will see metal gates and a sign for Upper Hatton
Parking & Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. Drive past the house and park as close to the next car as possible.
Make your way to the second cabin — located behind the house, past the garage with the large green door. There is a toilet beside the cabin.

Wear comfortable clothing and avoid a heavy meal in the 2 hours before the session. Most of the day is held indoors.

Everything you need to know.
Do I need breathwork experience to attend?
No experience needed at all. You're guided through everything. The sessions are designed to work whether it's your first time or your fiftieth. Just come as you are.
What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or cushion, water bottle and comfortable clothing. Mats, blankets and eye masks are provided — these are optional extras. Avoid a heavy meal in the 2 hours before the session.
Is this suitable if I have a health condition?
We assess each person individually. Please complete the intake form honestly before attending. Get in touch before booking if you have any concerns. Please also read our safety guide.
What is the difference between Standard and Tribe tickets?
Everything included is identical. The Tribe rate (£100) is for Tribe members — anyone currently on or who has completed the 12 Journeys programme.
Can I spread the cost?
