Journey One
The 9DMT Trip
An activating breathwork journey that opens deep layers, supports emotional release, and clears long-held patterns — including inner-child and ancestral themes.
This session goes deep. Allow whatever needs to move to move. You are held and guided throughout — in control of your breath at every moment.
Journey Two
9DMT Cellular Regeneration
A restorative, down-regulating journey that settles the nervous system and allows what's been opened in the morning to integrate at a deeper level.
Deeply nourishing and reorganising. The cells settle. The system resets. A new baseline emerges from the inside out.

Directions from the South
Drive through Dunkeld main street and continue north. Turn right when you see the sign for The Glack A923 (Blairgowrie Road).
- Follow signs for Upper Hatton — approximately 1 mile up a private road
- Pass the holiday lodges on the right
- When the road splits, stay right and follow the sign
- You will see metal gates and a sign for Upper Hatton
Parking & Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. Drive past the house and park as close to the next car as possible.
Make your way to the second cabin — located behind the house, past the garage with the large green door. There is a toilet beside the cabin.

Do I need breathwork experience to attend?
No prior experience needed. You're guided through everything. This day is intense and immersive but fully supported — you remain in control of your breath throughout and are held in a safe, grounded container.
What is 9DMT Breathwork?
9DMT is an advanced 9D Breathwork journey that uses layered sound frequencies, binaural beats, somatic techniques and a guided voice to support deep emotional release and nervous system regulation. The name refers to the depth and quality of the inner experience — not any substance. It is entirely breathwork-based.
Is this suitable if I have a health condition or mental health concerns?
This is deep, immersive work. If you are currently experiencing severe mental health instability or are unsure whether this day is right for you, please reach out before booking and we'll have a conversation. Please also read our safety guide.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for breathwork and gentle movement. Bring good walking shoes and a waterproof jacket. Bring a water bottle. Mats, blankets and eye masks are all provided.
What is the difference between Standard and Tribe tickets?
Everything included is identical. The Tribe rate (£100) is for Tribe members — anyone currently on or who has completed the 12 Journeys programme.
