The morning journey uses sound recorded during a genuine temazcal ceremony in Argentina — a shamanic sweat lodge ritual, captured with rare permission. You won't be in a sweat lodge yourself; the ceremony lends its sound and structure to the journey.
This is our most shamanically-focused immersion day. Where the other four carry a lighter touch of ceremony, this one leans fully into it — a descent, a meeting, and a return, held across two distinct journeys.
The day opens with a live shamanic drumming ceremony — a guided descent to meet your power animal, held in person by Mark and Sadie. It's a practice in its own right, distinct from the breathwork itself, and it sets the tone for everything that follows.

The 9DMT Trip
A truly unique, deeply immersive journey — set to soundscapes recorded during a genuine temazcal ceremony in Argentina, unlike anything else we offer. It works with ancestry, identity and inner-child themes, taking you somewhere the recorded world rarely lets you go.
It's an active, energetic journey. You're held and guided throughout, and in control of your own breath at every moment.

9DMT Cellular Regeneration
Less activating than the morning, but no less powerful — a genuinely stunning journey in its own right, focused entirely on cellular regeneration. The soundscapes are immersive and completely unique to this journey, and this is where the day's integration truly happens.
Gentle in intensity, immense in depth — closing the day exactly the way it deserves to be closed.

What A Day Here Looks Like
Nothing about this day is left to chance.
Every part of it has been designed — the pace, the food, the people in the room, the moment you leave. This is what that looks like.
You arrive to a peaceful, secluded venue set among the forests of Dunkeld — our dedicated breathwork cabin at Upper Hatton, away from anything that could interrupt the day. Tea, fresh coffee, herbal teas and biscuits are waiting from the moment you walk in.
The day itself is small by design — a maximum of ten people, with Mark and Sadie holding the whole thing together, all day. That's one facilitator to every five of you, which means you're genuinely seen, not one of a crowd. Ceremonial cacao and shamanic ceremony run through the day alongside the two journeys, with real time between each part to land before moving to the next.
Lunch is fresh, nourishing and honest food, cooked on site, and the day closes with qi gong and movement — a proper close, not an abrupt end. You leave with a workbook for the day's theme, and a few little surprises to take with you.

Drive through Dunkeld main street and continue north. Turn right when you see the sign for The Glack A923 (Blairgowrie Road).
- Follow signs for Upper Hatton — approximately 1 mile up a private road
- Pass the holiday lodges on the right
- When the road splits, stay right and follow the sign
- You will see metal gates and a sign for Upper Hatton

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. Drive past the house and park as close to the next car as possible.
Make your way to the second cabin — located behind the house, past the garage with the large green door. There is a toilet beside the cabin.

Do I need breathwork experience to attend?
No prior experience needed. You're guided through everything. This day is intense and immersive but fully supported — you remain in control of your breath throughout and are held in a safe, grounded container.
What is 9DMT Breathwork?
9DMT is an advanced 9D Breathwork journey that uses layered sound frequencies, binaural beats, somatic techniques and a guided voice to support deep emotional release and nervous system regulation. The name refers to the depth and quality of the inner experience — not any substance. It is entirely breathwork-based.
Is this suitable if I have a health condition or mental health concerns?
This is deep, immersive work. If you are currently experiencing severe mental health instability or are unsure whether this day is right for you, please reach out before booking and we'll have a conversation. Please also read our safety guide.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for breathwork and gentle movement. Bring good walking shoes and a waterproof jacket. Bring a water bottle. Mats, blankets and eye masks are all provided.
