What to Expect

Everything is explained before you begin. You lie down with headphones on and are guided through the whole experience. You stay in control throughout.
No experience needed
Complete beginners are welcome at every session — many people's first ever breathwork is with us. Just show up as you are.

Which venue is easiest from Edinburgh without a car?
Dunfermline — direct trains run from Edinburgh Waverley, and the venue is a short walk or taxi from the station. Stirling also has direct trains. Check your session's start time against the timetable and allow a comfortable margin.
What is 9D Breathwork?
A guided breathwork experience combining conscious connected breathing with immersive soundscapes, binaural beats and a guiding voice — all through headphones while you lie comfortably on a mat. It's designed to help you access and release things that talking alone often can't reach.
Is breathwork safe?
