Why Founder Mentoring Belongs at Torus Tree

And why I’m launching this work in 2026

Most people spend more time at work than anywhere else

For most adults, work isn’t just what they do — it’s where they spend the majority of their waking lives.

Which means the quality of leadership inside businesses quietly shapes:

  • How people feel day to day

  • How safe they feel to speak

  • How much pressure they carry home

  • Whether work drains them or gives them purpose

This isn’t something governments or politicians can meaningfully fix.

It happens much closer to the ground — through founders and leaders, one decision and one conversation at a time.

That belief sits at the heart of why I’m launching founder mentoring at Torus Tree.

Why Torus Tree exists

Torus Tree was created to support people who help others.

Through breathwork, energy healing, bioresonance, ceremony, and reflection, we help people reconnect with clarity, confidence, and their centre.

Over time, it became clear that founders and leaders need this kind of support more than most.

They carry responsibility.
They hold uncertainty.
They set the tone for entire teams.

And yet, they’re often the last people to feel supported themselves.

Why mentoring belongs alongside healing work

This mentoring isn’t separate from the rest of what happens at Torus Tree.

It sits alongside:

  • Breathwork

  • Energy healing

  • Bioresonance

  • Ceremony and reflection

Each is a different doorway.
All serve the same intention: clarity, confidence, and alignment.

Founders don’t just need better strategies or tactics.

They need:

  • Space to think clearly

  • A regulated nervous system

  • Honest reflection

  • Support without judgement

  • A place to be human, not perform

When the person at the centre is supported, the ripple spreads outward — into teams, families, and communities.

Culture is shaped whether you design it or not

At Bella & Duke, culture wasn’t something we talked about for branding purposes.

It was how decisions were made.
It was what was tolerated.
It was how pressure showed up in the room.

I’ve seen first-hand that strong culture doesn’t come from slogans or values on a wall.

It comes from leaders who:

  • Are aware of their impact

  • Can sit with discomfort

  • Communicate clearly

  • Take responsibility for their inner state

This is where mentoring becomes practical, not abstract.

Why founders and leaders matter more than ever

I hold a simple belief:

Meaningful change happens less through politics and policy, and more through founders and leaders who choose to lead with awareness, integrity, and care.

Most people experience “the system” through their workplace, not through parliament.

So if we want the world to feel even slightly better:

  • Workplaces need to feel safer

  • Leadership needs to feel more human

  • Decisions need to be made from clarity, not fear

Supporting founders is one of the most effective ways I know to do that.

Why I’m launching this work in 2026

This mentoring isn’t being rushed.

2026 gives space to:

  • Let Torus Tree continue to grow naturally

  • Integrate the work more deeply

  • Design something intentional and sustainable

  • Ensure the right people find it

This will be:

  • Application-based

  • Small by design

  • Grounded, not performative

There will be:

  • 1:1 founder mentoring

  • A 12-month cohort for entrepreneurs who want depth, community, and long-term clarity

Not a programme.
Not a course.
A year of shared leadership and reflection.

Who this is for

This work is for founders and leaders who:

  • Carry responsibility for others

  • Want to lead without burning out

  • Care about culture and impact

  • Are willing to look honestly at how they show up

It’s not about hustle.
It’s not about optimisation.

It’s about becoming a clearer, calmer, more grounded leader — and letting that ripple outward.

Looking ahead

Torus Tree will always be a place of multiple doorways.

Founder mentoring is simply another one.

Different paths.
The same intention.

Clarity. Confidence. Alignment.

If that resonates, you’ll hear more as 2026 approaches.
