Full System Reset is a powerful 9D Breathwork experience designed to reset your nervous system, release emotional tension, and restore clarity and calm. A deep nervous system recalibration — for anyone who needs to properly decompress and come back to themselves.
What Actually Happens
You lie down, headphones on, and are guided through the whole experience.
A Signature Journey is a 2.5-hour guided session — everything explained before you begin, a full 9D Breathwork journey with layered sound and voice coaching, and time to land afterwards.
Using conscious breathing combined with immersive 9D sound, binaural beats and guided vocal coaching, this journey works directly with the nervous system and subconscious to create a deep physical and emotional release. The breath activates the body while the sound experience guides the mind.
The journey itself lasts approximately 65 minutes, with a structured build, a deep release phase and a grounded integration to close — so you leave calm and clear, not raw.
No breathwork experience needed. You remain in control of your breath throughout, and can soften the experience at any point.

I've never done breathwork before — is this OK for me?
Completely. No experience is needed — everything is explained clearly before we begin, and you remain in control of your breath throughout. Just come as you are.
How is this different from the other Signature Journeys?
Every Signature Journey shares the same format; the theme and destination differ. Full System Reset is the whole-system recalibration — built for stress, overwhelm and the body that won't switch off. If your weight is more about old hurt or a chapter that needs closing, Letting Go & Moving On may fit better; if it's about breaking a repeating pattern, look at The Inception.
What should I bring?
A yoga mat, blanket, pillow or cushion, water bottle, and an eye mask if you like using one (we have spares). Wear comfortable clothing and avoid a heavy meal before the session. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled.
Is breathwork safe?

Do I need to complete an intake form?
