For the next day or two
You don't need to analyse everything. Let your body catch up. A few simple things can help.
- Rest when you can
- Drink water and eat something grounding
- Avoid overstimulation where possible
- Try a gentle walk, movement, or stretching
- Use longer exhales if you feel activated
- Put your feet on the floor and notice what's around you
What you may feel after breathwork
Everyone's experience is different. Some people feel calm straight away. Some feel tender, tired, clear, emotional, or more sensitive to noise and crowds. Vivid dreams can happen too.
These can be normal after a big session. Go gently — and please get proper medical support if anything feels unsafe or concerning.
