- Absorbing others’ emotions, taking responsibility for how they feel.
These behaviours scatter our energy, weakening our boundaries and leaving us energetically depleted. Reclaiming your power is about recognising these patterns and calling your energy back to yourself.
What Does It Mean to Take Back Your Power?
Taking back your power means becoming the conscious steward of your energy. It’s about:
- Setting clear boundaries that honour your needs.
- Letting go of responsibility for others’ emotional states.
- Recognising when you’ve been pulled into low-vibration dynamics and choosing to rise above them.
It’s a process of becoming aware of where your energy is leaking and consciously shifting your focus back to your own vibrational health.
Practical Steps to Reclaim Your Energy
- Self-Awareness: Notice when you feel drained or overly influenced by others’ emotions. These moments signal an energetic imbalance.
- Energetic Boundaries: Visualise your energy field. Imagine a protective bubble around you, allowing only high-vibration energy to flow in and out.
- Grounding Practices: Connect to the earth through breathwork, walking in nature, or meditation to stabilise your energy.
- Release and Realign: Let go of situations or relationships that perpetuate low-vibration states. Redirect your focus to activities and people that uplift you.
The Shift in Power
When you take back your power, you stop relying on external validation and start tuning into your own energetic truth. You reclaim your light, your strength, and your sense of self.
