A Full Day at Upper Hatton: What an Immersion Day Actually Looks Like

“I came in completely empty. I left feeling like I’d had three weeks of sleep in an hour — but also like something much older than me had finally been put down.”

That’s what one person told us after a full day immersion at our home in Dunkeld. People ask what actually happens across a whole day, so here it is, in order.

You arrive to tea and a small room

Tea, fresh coffee, herbal teas and biscuits are waiting from the moment you walk in. There are ten people at most, and Mark and Sadie hold the whole day, so it’s one facilitator to every five of you. Nobody gets lost in a crowd.

Two journeys, each with its own intention

A Signature Journey is one session. An immersion has two 9D Breathwork journeys, with time between them to eat, move and settle. The second journey goes to places the first one opened up, which is a big part of why a full day feels different from two separate evenings.

What sits around the journeys

The breathwork is the centre of the day, with a few other things built around it:

  • Shamanic ceremony
  • Ceremonial cacao
  • A bioresonance harmonisation programme
  • Lunch cooked on site: fresh, nourishing, honest food
  • Qi gong and movement to close, so the day ends properly and not abruptly

What you take home

A workbook for the day’s theme, and a few little surprises we’d rather not spoil.

Each day has a theme

The two journeys are chosen to work together around one theme. Not every theme runs every month, so check the dates for the one you want:

  • Breaking the Family Pattern — ancestral healing
  • Healing the Mother Wound — somatic healing
  • Quiet the Mind — calm and clarity
  • Reclaiming Your Power — releasing what isn’t yours to carry
  • Firewalk & Ceremony — a larger group, on its own dates

Do you need experience?

No. You’re guided the whole way through. If you’d like to try breathwork in a shorter, gentler way first, our intro sessions are a good place to start.

What it costs

£145, or £125 for Tribe members (anyone currently on or who has completed the 12 Journeys). That covers the facilitation, both journeys, ceremony, cacao, bioresonance, lunch and all equipment. Klarna is available if you’d rather spread it.

5.0 on Google · Over 1,100 people have breathed with us · Maximum 10 people

The next dates are always on the immersions page. If you’re not sure which theme fits where you are right now, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll point you to the right one.
