What Is a Full Day Immersion?
A different depth of experience.
A Signature Journey gives you a powerful single session. An Immersion gives you a full day — and nothing about it is left to chance.
You arrive to tea, fresh coffee, herbal teas and biscuits waiting from the moment you walk in. The day itself is small by design — a maximum of ten people, with Mark and Sadie holding the whole thing together, all day. That's one facilitator to every five of you, so you're genuinely seen, not one of a crowd.
Two 9D Breathwork journeys run through the day, each with its own intention, alongside shamanic ceremony, ceremonial cacao and a bioresonance harmonisation programme. Lunch is fresh, nourishing and honest food, cooked on site, and the day closes with qi gong and movement — a proper close, not an abrupt end. You leave with a workbook for the day's theme, and a few little surprises to take with you.
Bought separately, everything in the day comes to over £300.
Each immersion has a specific theme — ancestral healing, the mother wound, quieting the mind, reclaiming your power, or the firewalk and ceremony. Choose the one that feels most alive for where you are right now. You don't need experience. You just need to show up.

Two complete journeys
A Signature session is one journey. An Immersion is two — with integration time between them. The second journey goes places the first has opened up. The depth is genuinely different.
Space to land
Integration isn't an afterthought — it's built into the day. Shared meals, movement, stillness, space between the journeys. The body needs time to process what's opened. The full day gives it that.
Small and intimate
10 people maximum. The size is deliberate. The container needs to feel safe enough for genuine depth. A smaller group creates that — quickly.
Private venue in Perthshire
Upper Hatton is our home. The land, the cabin, the tipi, the kitchen table — it's all ours. That means the space holds energy differently from a hired hall. People feel it immediately when they arrive.
Themed and intentional
Each immersion has a specific theme — ancestral healing, the mother wound, the firewalk. The journeys are chosen to work together with that theme. It's not a generic breathwork day.
