Before your Dundee session
Wear comfortable, loose clothing you can breathe easily in. Avoid a heavy meal in the 2 hours beforehand. Bring a blanket or pillow if you'd like — we provide mats. Arrive 10 minutes early.
During the session
You'll lie down, put on headphones and breathe. You're guided the whole way through. Emotions, sensations and release are all completely normal — there's nothing you need to do except breathe and trust the process.
After the session
Most people feel calmer, lighter and deeply relaxed. Some feel energised — others need a quiet evening. Drink plenty of water, eat something nourishing, and give yourself space to integrate.
How long does it take?
Allow around 3 hours in total — a welcome circle, the breathwork journey itself, and integration time at the end. Integration is part of the process — please don't rush off straight after.

It's designed to help you access and release things that talking alone often can't reach.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all. The majority of people at our Dundee sessions have never done breathwork before. You're guided the whole way through — there's nothing to prepare or understand in advance. Just show up.
Is 9D Breathwork safe?
Yes — 9D Breathwork is safe for the vast majority of people. Every participant completes an intake form before their session. If you have any health concerns, get in touch before booking and we'll have a conversation.
I have a health condition — can I still attend?
We assess each person individually through our intake form. Please fill it in honestly — the more we know, the better we can support you. We will never exclude someone without first having a conversation. Please also read our safety guide before booking.

How much does a Dundee session cost?
Signature Journeys in Dundee start from £40. Full Day Immersions (held at Dunkeld, 45 mins away) are £125. Private Sessions from £120. The 12 Journeys Programme from £180 per path. You can spread the cost with Klarna at checkout.

What happens after my first session?
Many Dundee attendees go on to join our Full Day Immersions at Dunkeld or the 12 Journeys Programme. There's a natural progression — Signature Journey first, then Immersion, then the programme when you're ready. We'll guide you at every step.

Mark and Sadie Scott are fully certified 9D Breathwork facilitators — trained directly through the 9D Breathwork programme. Based in Dunkeld, Perthshire, they run sessions across Scotland including Dundee, Perth, Fife, Stirling and Forfar.
