What Is 9D Breathwork?

A guided experience unlike anything you've tried before.

9D Breathwork session in Stirling Scotland — Torus Tree

You lie down, put on headphones, and breathe.

What happens next is hard to describe — but most people leave feeling calmer, clearer and lighter than they have in years.

9D Breathwork combines conscious connected breathing with immersive soundscapes, binaural beats and a guiding voice — all through headphones while you lie on a mat. It works at a level that talking, thinking and willpower alone often can't reach.

People come to our Stirling sessions from across Central Scotland — Falkirk, Alloa, Clackmannanshire, Bridge of Allan, Dunblane and further afield from Edinburgh and Glasgow. Most leave having released something they didn't know they were still holding.

Sessions last around 2.5 hours in total — including a gentle opening circle and integration time. No experience needed. Just show up.

Stirling & Central Scotland

The gateway to breathwork for Central Scotland.

Stirling sits at the crossroads of Scotland — which makes it the natural gathering point for people from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Falkirk, Perth and beyond who want this work closer to home.

Central Location

Stirling is Scotland's most central city — equidistant between Edinburgh and Perth, and within easy reach of Glasgow, Falkirk, Alloa and Clackmannanshire. If you're in Central Scotland, Stirling is your session.

The Falkirk Corridor

A large proportion of our Stirling attendees come from the Falkirk area — Grangemouth, Bo'ness, Larbert, Denny. If you're in Falkirk and looking for breathwork near you, Stirling is your closest option.

Sells Out Organically

Stirling is one of our most in-demand locations — sessions regularly fill through word of mouth and local community posts alone. Book early if you see a date that works for you.

Gateway to Dunkeld

Many Stirling attendees go on to our Full Day Immersions at Upper Hatton, Dunkeld — around 1 hour north via the A9. The Perthshire countryside makes the journey part of the experience.

Coming from Edinburgh or Glasgow? Stirling is the most accessible Central Scotland session — typically 45-55 minutes from either city. WhatsApp us if you'd like to know more before booking.

What to Expect

Simple to show up for. Powerful once you're in it.

No preparation required. No experience needed. Just turn up as you are.

Before your Stirling session

Wear comfortable, loose clothing you can breathe easily in. Avoid a heavy meal in the 2 hours beforehand. Bring a blanket or pillow if you'd like — we provide mats. Arrive 10 minutes early.

During the session

You'll lie down, put on headphones and breathe. You're guided the whole way through. Emotions, sensations and release are all completely normal — there's nothing you need to do except breathe and trust the process.

After the session

Most people feel calmer, lighter and deeply relaxed. Some feel energised — others need a quiet evening. Drink plenty of water, eat something nourishing, and give yourself space to integrate.

How long does it take?

Allow around 2.5 hours in total — a welcome circle, the breathwork journey itself, and integration time at the end. Integration is part of the process — please don't rush off straight after.

What People Say

In their own words.

Real people. Real experiences from our Stirling and Central Scotland sessions. No scripts.

I drove from Falkirk not really knowing what I was walking into. Drove home in complete silence — the good kind. Something shifted that I'd been trying to shift for years.

Stirling Session

I came from Edinburgh and would have driven twice as far. It's unlike anything I've experienced — and I say that as someone who's tried a lot of things.

Stirling Session

I've tried therapy, meditation, everything. This reached something none of the others could. One of the most profound experiences of my life — and I nearly didn't go.
